- These bags help provide comfort to children during their treatments with blankets, earbuds, chapstick, and other items identified to help
The LIV Foundation is a volunteer organization that provides assistance for the families of children who live with these types of conditions. We aim to provide support to the families so they can focus on living their lives, loving their children unconditionally and we help them honor their journey.
About 15% to 18% of children in the United States live with a chronic health condition. Some examples of chronic conditions include (but are not limited to): Asthma, Diabetes, Cerebral palsy, Sickle cell anemia, Cystic fibrosis, Cancer, AIDS, Epilepsy, Spina bifida, Congenital heart problems and Neurofibromatosis among many others.
In many instances the resources we can provide are offered through our affiliate vendor partnerships so many resources can be secured for families in need directly from vendors at a discount and in some cases at no cost.
Any gift you give directly to The LIV Foundation will go directly to families who have children with life altering illnesses because we operate with an all-volunteer team and your contributions are tax deductible as we are a registered 501c3 organization.
We help these families come together when they need it most, when it often feels like their lives are being torn apart.
